What Do ILT Tutors Teach, and to Whom?
Ivy League Tutoring (ILT) tutors teach mathematics, science, reading, English composition, computer science, academic business subjects, ancient and modern foreign languages, social sciences, and a host of other subjects. They prepare students for countless tests from the preschool level through the graduate level. These have included tests for admission to gifted, classical, selective enrollment, private, boarding, and parochial schools, tests for admission to colleges, graduate and professional schools, and tests for certification in numerous professions.
Students of all levels are welcome, whether they are remedial, average, gifted, learning disabled, home educated, or school educated. ILT previously taught students aged 3 to 93. Its best educated students already had Ph.D., M.D., and J.D. degrees.
How Do ILT Tutors Achieve Success?
Ivy League Tutoring (ILT) tutors thoroughly evaluate all incoming students, as necessary, and develop long-term and short-term individual instruction programs. They make certain that students learn or relearn all foundational material previously omitted or forgotten. They make certain that students drill and retain important material. They also ensure that students learn all material at both the practical level and theoretical level.
Additionally, ILT tutors fully inform parents of their children’s progress. They involve parents, to the extent they are willing to participate, in the instructional program of their children, including how to help their children at home.
